Our ideas and decisions determine our lives. It's empowering to appreciate that if we're not content material with the direction of our lives, we can change that course by altering our ideas. Our determination making process is difficult and requires cautious examination as a result of so many exterior forces have an effect on those selections: our households, our communities, the prevailing pondering of the day.
